The company FOOD MAMA s.r.o., with its registered office at Kaprova 14/13, Josefov, 110 00 Prague, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, file number C 416139/MSPH, processes the following personal data in response to a query submitted using the contact form within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (formerly and hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”): name and surname, email and telephone.
The processing of personal data
is carried out by FOOD MAMA s.r.o. i.e. the controller of personal data.
Please note that under the Personal Data Protection Act you have the right:
- to request information from us about what personal data we process about you,
- to request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
- to request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected,
- to request the deletion of this personal data from us – however, this deletion will result in the termination of the contract negotiations,
- in case of doubts about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
In most cases, we use your personal data to fulfill the purpose of the contract concluded between you and us, processing to respond to an inquiry submitted using the contact form, to inform you as customers via newsletter, or to fulfill our legal obligations, especially accounting and tax obligations. Specific reasons for processing your personal data may include:
- legitimate interests of the Administrator; in such a case, based on legitimate interest, we process personal data, especially in the form of so-called cookies, to which you have given consent via your internet browser, and our legitimate interests are also the legal basis for receiving a customer newsletter, which we can send to your email inbox, after prior verification of your identity (authenticity of the email), at the same time you are allowed to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time;
- Your consent; if you have expressly granted us such consent, we can send you, for example, commercial communications on the basis of it, at the same time you are allowed to revoke the consent granted at any time;
- fulfillment of the Administrator’s legal obligations towards public authorities and authorities. Which personal data do we obtain,
- Name (or names) and surname,
- e-mail address,
- telephone number,
- personal data that the data subject fills in the text parts of contact forms (contract, form on the website).
The Administrator processes the following personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship (for example, for the duration of the order fulfillment) and also after its termination:
- for the period that results from the legal regulations that apply to the given relationship;
- for the entire period that the Administrator’s unsatisfied claim that can be asserted against the data subject before a public authority lasts or may last power.
Categories of recipients of personal data and transfer of personal data
Personal data will be made available only to the Administrator, including the relevant employees of the Administrator, who are obliged to maintain confidentiality of this data, as well as security measures, the disclosure of which would jeopardize the security of this personal data. Personal data may be made available to entities other than those specified here only in cases where the disclosure of personal data is expressly provided for by law.
The Administrator will not transfer personal data to third countries or any international organization, but may use processors who will transfer personal data to other processors. These processors are:
